Eagle Leather offers a 2 YEAR WARRANTY for all Eagle Leather Private Label items, and a 1 YEAR WARRANTY for all other items.  The warranties cover workmanship only.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Eagle Leather offers a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GARANTEE.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, return it to us for either:

Eagle Leather accepts exchanges of items purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date.  All returns must be post marked no longer than 30 days from the original invoice and received within 7 to 10 business days after.
All exchange items must be in new condition and can be exchanged for any item(s).  No Item that is damaged, soiled, or worn will be accepted for a refund or exchange. 
Any return or exchange that does not meet this criteriea must be approved by an Eagle Leather Manager or Supervisor.
Our goal is to make returns and exchanges simple for both our clients/customers/guests and our employees.

For the fastest and easiest processing, please follow these guidelines:

1. List the item(s) you are returning.
2. Note the reason(s) for the return or exchange.
3. If you are exchanging an item, please check our site and let us know which item(s) you would like to replace them with.
4. It is recommended to send items back using FedEx or UPS ground, because these companies provide tracking information. Remember to keep the tracking number for your records.
5. We do not refund shipping charges on Returned orders.
