will have to email, phone, or fax in your order and mail your payment

All orders placed with payment methods of:
- Money Orders
- International Bank Drafts
- Personal checks
Will
be held for managers approval and verification of funds. Please note
this will delay the shipment of your order up to 10 days.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You
may cancel or make any changes to your order as long as it has not
already been shipped. Once an order has shipped we can either make a
new order if you want to add items or the unwanted items can be shipped
back. Please follow our Return Guidelines for the easiest exchanges and returns.
*NOTE:
Eagle Leather reserves the right to cancel any order that appears
suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to
the proper authorities.

I have made a return or canceled my order, but have not received a credit yet?
If you canceled you order before shipping then it is possible that you
were never charged. We do not charge you until the order is ready to
ship. If you have been billed we submit all credits within 24 hrs of
receipt; however, it may take as long as 7 to 10 business days for you
to receive your credit. You should see your credit on your next credit
card statement or the following one depending on where you are in your
billing cycle.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
In the unlikely even there is a change or delay in filling your order
you will be contacted either by phone or email. We know this may be
inconvenient, and will offer you one of the following alternatives as
an appropriate solution.
- Offer an alternative selection of equal or greater value.
- Offer
to back order and give you a new estimated delivery. You can then
either wait for the new delivery date or cancel for a full refund at
any time prior to shipment.
- Cancel your order. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order.
Therefore, Eagle Leather reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for a full refund.
Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State sales tax is applied to Washington residents only. If you live or
are having the order shipped outside the state of Washington, you
should not be charged sales tax. If you were charged tax just let us
know and we will refund the tax amount to you.

Why am I being asked for my credit card security number or CVVC?
There is a possible fine of up to $100,000.00 if our web server host
stores the credit card security numbers or CVVC numbers, and our credit
card processing terminal requires the credit card security number or
CVVC number for all manually entered transactions, we will contact you
by phone first and then by email if unable to reach you by phone to
acquire the Credit Card Security Number or CVVC Number to complete your
transaction.

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, &
All Other Military Addresses:
If you want your order
shipped to a P.O. Box, please select USPS for your shipping. Eagle Leather does not ship to APO/FPO
Addresses. This is because of delays and
difficulty trying to retrieve tracking information. We will ship to all other Military addresses
if they are within the lower 48 states.

orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other international orders. If you can not complete the checkout process,
your country has not been configured for our website. Please contact us by email or phone if this
